Joe Jeppson

Joe Jeppson currently serves as the General Manager at Sterigenics, focusing on medical device and pharmaceutical sterilization since December 2022. With extensive military experience in the Utah Army National Guard, Joe holds the rank of Major in the Medical Service Corps, leading various medical operations, logistics, and planning functions. Previously, Joe worked at Grifols for over 17 years, ascending through roles such as Regional Operations Manager and Center Manager in blood plasma collection, where responsibilities included business development, training program oversight, and human resources management. Joe Jeppson holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Health Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Utah.
