Andrea Harmon, PHR

Andrea Harmon, PHR has over 13 years of professional experience in human resources. Andrea currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Sterilex, a global biosecurity organization. In this role, they oversee the full HR function, designing and maintaining HR infrastructure to uphold the organization's core values. At the start of their career, Andrea worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sentient Medical Systems. Their responsibilities included evaluating candidates, maintaining a pool of candidates, and developing recruiting strategies.
