Céline Bouygue

Céline Bouygue currently serves as DRH Groupe at STERIMED Infection Control, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, Céline was DRH for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands at KIKO MILANO from May 2020 to February 2024. Céline's extensive experience includes serving as Talent and Change Management Director and Group Talent Manager at Bel, where responsibilities included talent development and management. Additionally, Céline held various HR leadership positions at Rexel from June 2004 to May 2017, focusing on talent acquisition, HR support for corporate departments, and international mobility. Céline began a career in technology as a Project Manager at Vision IQ/Poseidon Technologies and held an internship at Crédit Mutuel.
