Cyril FANION is a seasoned professional in production and operations management with extensive experience in the medical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Site Director at STERIMED Infection Control since April 2021, Cyril previously held the position of Production Manager at Vygon US from February 2016 to April 2021, overseeing a team of 80 employees across multiple departments including Warehouse, Extrusion & Injection, Automated & Manual Assembly, Packaging, and Maintenance. Cyril's expertise in packaging management was further honed during a tenure as Packaging Manager at VYGON, where coordination with seven manufacturing plants and compliance with industry standards were key responsibilities. Notable achievements include significant cost savings through raw material harmonization and the validation of packaging materials in accordance with ISO standards. Cyril's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management and Manufacturing Engineering from Mines Douai and a DUT in Mechanical and Production Engineering from IUT Béthunes. Additionally, Cyril has diverse experience as a soccer referee for the Fédération Française de Football.
