Franck Trotignon

Franck Trotignon has a rich and diverse work experience. Franck is currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at STERIMED Infection Control since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for various functions such as Industrial, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and CSR support. Franck focuses on optimizing industrial organizations, evolving industrial units across multiple countries, and leading the startup for medical device traceability.

Prior to this, Franck Trotignon worked at RPC Group Plc for a significant period of time. Franck started as the General Manager in 2005 and then took on the role of Operations Director in 2011. During their tenure, they successfully managed investments and supported the growth of multiple factories across Europe. Franck also played a key role in restructuring sites following acquisitions, and was involved in the design and construction of a 4.0 factory. Furthermore, they provided support to an Italian pharmaceutical company after its acquisition.

Before their time at RPC Group Plc, Franck Trotignon worked as a Plant Manager at Smurfit Kappa Group, where they focused on the Bag-in-Box business and led the restructuring of teams to meet market demands. Franck also held manufacturing management positions at Schlumberger and Seco Tools.

Franck Trotignon completed their undergraduate studies from 1986 to 1989 at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, earning a degree in Engineering. Following a gap in their education, they pursued further studies in 2008 and 2009 at emlyon business school, where they obtained an Executive MBA (AMP/CPA) with a focus on Strategy Management.
