Eric Bidarian

Eric Bidarian has an extensive work experience in the engineering and automation field. In 2020, they took on the role of Group Engineering Director and Director of Engineering at SteriPack Contract Manufacturing. Previously, they worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions from 2008 to 2020, where they held various roles including Manager, Engineering Automation, Production Manager, Senior Automation Engineer, PAT Specialist and Black Belt. As Manager, Engineering Automation, they led a cross functional team to develop MES solutions to automate a manufacturing environment and implemented Operational Excellence initiatives. As Senior Automation Engineer, they were responsible for deploying software solutions in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment to softgel sites located around the globe.

Eric Bidarian received their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Florida in 2005. Eric then attended the University of South Florida and obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Management in 2009. In 2007, they also obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida.
