Gary Leonard

Gary Leonard has 14 years of experience in the packaging industry. Gary began their career in 1998 as a Packaging Engineer at Henkel. Gary then moved to PepsiCo in 2004, where they worked as a Packaging Technologist. In 2006, they joined SteriPack Contract Manufacturing, where they held the roles of Technical / Business Development Manager, Director of Operations, Group Technical Director, and Vice President of Global Operations.

Gary Leonard has an extensive educational background. Gary obtained a Bachelor of Science Polymer Technology from Athlone Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1995. Gary then went on to receive a Master's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the same institute in 1997-1998. In 2015-2016, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Munster Technological University. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from institutions such as Prosci, Project Management Institute, and LinkedIn, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2019 and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification in 2022.
