Doros Polydorou

Doros Polydorou has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Doros is currently the Managing Director at STERIS Instrument Management Services -EMEA, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Commercial & Services Operations - UK & Italy at STERIS from January 2020 to February 2021. From October 2016 to January 2020, they were the Business Development Director - EMEA at STERIS Instrument Management Services. Before joining STERIS, Doros worked at Synergy Health PLC where they held multiple roles, including Operations Director, Europe & Middle East from January 2014 to October 2016, Regional Manager from June 2011 to January 2014, and General Manager, Sterile Services from October 2008 to June 2011. Doros started their career at Mesh Computers Ltd as the Operations Director from 2003 to 2008 and at Dan Technology Ltd as the Operations Manager from 1993 to 2003.

Doros Polydorou received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science & Business Finance from the University of London from 1988 to 1991. Doros also completed courses in Decontamination & Infection Control at the Eastwood Park Training Centre, earning a City & Guilds certification in Management of Flexible Endoscope Decontamination (to NHS guidance) in 2014 and a City & Guilds certification in SSD Supervisors / Managers (to NHS guidance) in 2009. Doros Polydorou attended The Latymer Grammar School from 1982 to 1988.
