Elizabeth Lechner

Elizabeth Lechner, MBA, possesses extensive experience in engineering and continuous improvement roles across various industries. Currently, Elizabeth serves as Continuous Improvement Manager at STERIS Isomedix Services (now STERIS AST) since November 2018, after previously holding the position of Process Engineer at the same company. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked for the Department of Defense as an Engineer for Navy from October 2010 to November 2018, and as a Mechanical Engineer at Firth Rixson from 2005 to October 2010. Elizabeth began the professional journey with engineering co-op rotations at GW Lisk from 2003 to 2005. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Capella University (April 2021 - July 2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology (2000 - 2005).
