Kelly Fleming

Kelly (Wilson) Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kelly began their career as a Pollution Control Specialist at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency in 2001 and later took on the role of Policy Analyst/Project Leader. In 2004, they transitioned to STERIS Applied Sterilization Technologies (AST) and started as a Territory Account Manager. Throughout the years, they progressively advanced their career within the company, holding positions such as Corporate Account Manager, Director of Corporate Accounts, and Vice President of Global Accounts. As of April 2022, Kelly is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at STERIS AST.

Kelly (Wilson) Fleming earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001.
