Allison Ruby

Allison Ruby is a seasoned sales and product management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at STERIS, Allison manages sales training, strategy, and onboarding for healthcare business teams, focusing on revenue growth. Prior roles at STERIS include Senior Manager of Sales Training, Sales Strategy Manager, and Product Manager, where Allison developed and integrated sales strategies and conducted customer research for infection prevention products.
