Blessing E. Ojie is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at STERIS since August 2022, Blessing advises management and staff on best practices and leads employee retention and engagement initiatives. Prior to this, Blessing held positions including Talent Acquisition Specialist at BD, Human Resources Recruiter at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., and Administrative/HR Manager at the U.S. Census Bureau.
