Fernando Soto

Fernando Soto is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Site Leader and Director of Operations at STERIS since March 2024. Prior to this role, Fernando worked as the Engineering & Maintenance Sr. Manager at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE from March 2020 to March 2024. Fernando has held various managerial positions, including Sr. Operations Manager for the Surgical Franchise Business at Stryker's Sustainability Solutions, Manufacturing Associate Director at Zimmer Biomet, and Sr. Operations Site Manager at Honeywell Aerospace. Fernando began a career in operations as Director of Operations and Managing Partner at Raceway Petroleum Products and has significant experience from United Technologies as Plant Manager. Education includes an MBA in Industrial Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, along with an Associate's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
