Greg Spears

Greg Spears, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for the Lights Value Stream at STERIS since July 2011, responsibilities include maintaining MRP systems and supervising various manufacturing processes. Previous roles at STERIS involve senior management and engineering positions focused on value stream processes and operations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Bush Hog, LLC, where process and tooling design were primary responsibilities, and Engine Staff Engineer Specialist at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, LLC, where line efficiency improvements were achieved. Earlier roles include Machine Shop Manager at Universal Industrial Sales, where tooling production was overseen, and CNC Machinist/Programmer at Edge Technology. Greg holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University and is pursuing an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
