Helen Heine has extensive experience in training and development within various organizations, currently serving as the Manager of Commercial Operations Business Systems at STERIS since February 2017. In this role, Helen is responsible for the strategy, design, and management of new hire product and sales training programs, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and execution skills of sales representatives in hospital operating room and sterile processing solutions. Prior to STERIS, Helen held positions such as Training Manager at Squire Patton Boggs and Manager of Training and Development at ERICO, where responsibilities included developing professional development programs and managing global training initiatives. Helen's background also includes roles in financial analysis and project management, complemented by a degree in Economics Management and Research Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
