Kailin Berg

Kailin Berg is a skilled User Interface/Experience Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design and team leadership. Currently serving at STERIS since October 2022, Kailin previously contributed to Solu Technology Partners as a UX Designer, leading discussions on various projects for Enel X and overseeing a team of five interns. At Enel X from January 2020 to August 2021, Kailin enhanced user experience by collaborating with product owners and developers on essential application requirements. Earlier experience includes working as a Patent Recruitment Assistant at William K. McLaughlin Associates and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology. Kailin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Centered Computing from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2021.
