Kelly Lawson

Kelly Lawson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training design and delivery. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Training Design and Delivery at STERIS since October 2022, Kelly previously held the position of Learning Operations Manager at STERIS Instrument Management Services from November 2020 to November 2022. Prior roles at Weatherford included Global Talent Development Manager, Global Training & Competency Manager, Project Development Specialist, and Instructional Designer, spanning from March 2010 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Kelly worked as an Instructional Designer at Oklahoma State University from January 2009 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Bethany College.
