Lisa Kingsmill-West

Lisa Kingsmill-West possesses extensive experience in process management and training, currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Process & Learning Experience at STERIS since January 2014. Previous roles at STERIS include Business Process & Training Manager, Senior Corporate Trainer, Training Specialist, and Sales Support Coordinator. Prior to that, Lisa was the Lead Customer Service Representative at US Endoscopy from September 2009 to January 2014. Lisa earned a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History from John Carroll University, completing the master's degree in 2013 and the bachelor's degree in 2009.
