Bejoy KB has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical services, air conditioning, and data center construction. Bejoy KB started their career in 2007 as an Engineer in Zita Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Co. Private Limited, where they oversaw the design and commissioning of refrigeration and cold storage projects. Bejoy KB then worked at ETA Engineering Private Limited from 2008 to 2011 as an Engineer, responsible for sales, estimation, and design of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.

In 2011, Bejoy joined Blue Star Limited as an Assistant Manager in the Electro-Mechanical Projects Group, where they focused on mechanical sales and oversaw the commissioning of chilled water air conditioning systems. Bejoy KB worked there until 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, Bejoy worked at Al-Futtaim as an Assistant Manager in the Air conditioning Projects Division, involved in the design, sales, and assembly of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. Bejoy KB also handled technical design and sales for Climaventa SpA and SKM brand applied/engineering products.

Subsequently, Bejoy worked at Q-Tec Electric W.L.L from 2017 to 2022 as an Assistant Manager in the Data center/MEP department. Bejoy KB supervised the design, estimation, and coordination of mechanical services for buildings, warehouses, hospitals, and data centers.

Most recently, Bejoy joined Sterling and Wilson in 2023 as a Senior Manager in Data center construction/MEP Lead role. The details of this role are not provided.

Bejoy KB obtained their MBA in Operations Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a B.Tech/B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut from 2003 to 2007.
