Daniel Danganan

Daniel Danganan, CPA, is an experienced finance professional specializing in SOX compliance and auditing. Currently serving as the SOX Compliance Manager at Sterling Bank & Trust, FSB since May 2021, Daniel previously held the position of AVP and SOX Lead at Umpqua Bank from April 2016 to April 2021, managing the execution of the bank's SOX program and overseeing critical financial areas.
