Kurt Dreger

Kurt Dreger is a highly experienced professional in the retirement solutions sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Sterling Brokers since June 2023, where leadership of the retirement division focuses on providing exceptional solutions across Canada. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as Vice President of Sales at Manulife from March 2010 to May 2023, where Kurt consistently surpassed year-over-year targets and played a pivotal role in integrating Standard Life while leading a motivated team. Before this, Kurt held the position of Director of Business Development at Industrial Alliance from July 2004 to March 2010, effectively managing key customer relationships and exceeding business growth targets, and earlier at Manulife from 1998 to 2004, led retirement programs for Defined Benefit clients while achieving similar growth successes. Kurt Dreger holds an HBSc in Actuarial Science from Western University.
