Andrew Poulsen, CSP

Andrew Poulsen, CSP has a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Andrew is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Sterling Construction Company, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at X3 Tradesmen as the Market Director from May 2019 to August 2021 and as the Territory Manager from May 2019 to April 2021. Before joining X3 Tradesmen, Andrew was with Tradesmen International, where they held positions such as General Manager from October 2018 to May 2019 and Territory Manager from April 2015 to October 2018.

Andrew Poulsen, CSP, attended Utah Valley University from 2009 to 2015, where they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
