Mark D. Wolf

Mark D. Wolf is the current General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer at Sterling Construction. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Legal - Global Surface Technologies & Vice President Legal - North American Region at TechnipFMC from January 2017 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic, world-wide, legal oversight of Global Surface Technologies, one of TechnipFMC's major business segments with about $2 billion in annual revenues. In addition, they had regional oversight of all TechnipFMC's North American major business segments consisting of the day-to-day delivery of regional legal services and managing a group of 10 legal, contract and compliance professionals.

Before their time at TechnipFMC, Mark was with FMC Technologies for 16 years. Mark started as Senior Business Counsel / Counsel in January 1999 and was promoted to Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary in July 2001. In this role, they were responsible for corporate reporting, managing the delivery of legal services for all corporate-led initiatives, such as joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, global business services, etc., and providing day-to-day legal counseling and advice to all corporate functions.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in the legal field and has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and compliance. Mark is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.

Mark D. Wolf received a Juris Doctorate from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. Prior to that, they received a BBA in Accounting from Penn State University.
