Jessica Les

Jessica Les has had two work experiences. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at Sterling Engineering, starting as an Engineering Recruiter and later becoming the Utilities Lead Recruiter. In these roles, they sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates, inputted them into the Avionte ATS system, met weekly KPI's, formatted resumes, and created detailed job descriptions. Jessica also fostered relationships with candidates and conducted reference checks. Prior to their time at Sterling Engineering, from September 2016 to November 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at BRIA Health Services. In this role, they handled personnel records, employment application intake, and maintained employee files.

Jessica Les completed their education with a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Governors State University from 2016 to 2017. Jessica'sacademic journey started at Moraine Valley Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from 2013 to 2015. The field of study for their Associate's degree is not provided.
