David has over 50 years of real estate investment, development and lending experience. David is the Executive Chairman & Founder of Sterling Global Financial. From 2000 to 2007, he was Co-CEO and Co-Chairman of publicly listed Sterling Centrecorp Inc., and from 1991 to 2000, he was the founder of the Sterling Companies based in Palm Beach, Florida. Earlier in
his career, David was the Principal of Brother Developments from 1971 to 1991.
