Lalit Luthra

Lalit Luthra has extensive work experience in various fields such as maintenance, administration, human resources (HR), operations, and commercial operations. Lalit began their career at Deki Electronics Ltd as a Work Manager in 1985 and worked there until 1986. Lalit then joined Usha Electronics I Pvt. Ltd as a Manager from 1986 until 2002. Lalit was self-employed at Bir Enterprises from 2003 to 2006. Lalit continued their career as a Senior Manager at Mirkana Engg. Pvt. Ltd from 2006 to 2012. Lalit then worked as the Head of Operations at Sanmarg Infreatech Pvt. Ltd in 2012. Lalit joined Sterling Group as the Head of Maintenance & Commercial Operations in 2013 and also worked in a similar role at Audi-Sterling Group. Currently, Lalit is the Group Head of Human Resources at Elroy Group of Companies, a role they have held since 2017.

Lalit Luthra completed a B.E. in Electrical from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, between the years 1980 and 1984. Later, from 1986 to 1987, they pursued a PG Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Annamalai University, Annamalainagar.
