Jerald Morgan

Jerald Morgan is an experienced asset management professional with a strong background in the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Sterling Group since April 2023, Jerald previously held the position of Senior Analyst in Asset Management at Roofstock from April 2022 to April 2023. Prior roles include Analyst in Asset Management at Preferred Apartment Communities from January 2021 to April 2022 and participation in a 24-month Property Management Development Program at The RADCO Companies ®, which provided comprehensive training in property management tools and applications. Jerald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University and is pursuing a Master of Science in International Real Estate at Florida International University.
