Nathan Reinhold

Nathan Reinhold is a Senior Financial Analyst at The Sterling Group, a position held since December 2016. Prior to this role, Nathan served as a Senior Accountant at Bradley Company from January 2011 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing monthly financial statements, annual budgets, audit requests, and operating expense reconciliations for over 50 commercial properties. Nathan also played a key role in training and leading the accounting team in financial and budget processes, as well as projecting cash flows for property operations. Nathan developed a real estate valuation model for the capital markets team. Nathan holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University South Bend.
