Victoria Fearson has a solid work experience in the hospitality industry. Victoria started in 2006 as a Front Desk Agent and Operations Manager at Holiday Inn. Victoria then worked as a General Manager at Comfort Inn & Suites from 2008 to 2010, and at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Blount Island from 2010 to 2011.

In 2012, Victoria joined Sterling Group as an Assistant Property Manager, and later transitioned into the role of Transition Manager. In their role as Transition Manager, they were responsible for training colleagues in policies and procedures and implementing Sterling systems during the first 30-60 days of new property acquisitions. Victoria also worked closely with the Director of Management Operations in creating and updating policies and procedures.

Currently, Victoria holds the position of Assistant Director of Management Operations at Sterling Group. Victoria'sresponsibilities include overseeing the transition of new properties, conducting monthly audits, and addressing internal policy and procedure questions. Victoria still plays a role in creating and updating policies and procedures, and has also created training videos for these processes.

Victoria Fearson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Arkansas State University. Victoria attended the university from 2004 to 2010.
