Wayne Coulby is a seasoned financial analyst with extensive experience in project management and real estate development. Currently affiliated with The Sterling Group since September 2007, Wayne has previously served as a real estate development intern at Providence Community Housing, where significant contributions included analyzing hurricane recovery legislation and developing financial models. Wayne's career also encompasses a role as a senior project manager at Plethora Technology, leading software development teams and initiating IT consulting services, as well as managing multi-million dollar mechanical projects at Atlas Air Conditioning. With an educational background in Real Estate & Finance (MBA) from the University of Michigan and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, Wayne has demonstrated a strong ability to drive project efficiencies and foster team development throughout the professional journey.
