Nick Laflex

Nick LaFlex, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Sterling Healthcare Management since June 2023. Previously, Nick held various roles at Moersch Hospitality Group from December 2013 to April 2023, including Human Resources & Service Director, where responsibilities encompassed directing restaurant service and HR operations, and Private Events Director, overseeing the launch and management of the Private Events Division. Earlier positions included General Manager at Tabor Hill and roles focused on HR development. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Curator at Edington Gallery and Licensed Sales Assistant at United Federal Credit Union. Nick LaFlex earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations/International Development from Michigan State University in 2009.
