Lou Paglia

Lou joined Sterling as a consultant to serve as interim Chief Product Officer in October 2015. In January 2016, Lou was hired as a full-time employee and named Executive Vice President, Ventures. Lou was promoted to Chief Innovation Officer in April 2018, named President in December 2018, and named Chief Operating Officer in March 2021. Lou leads global operations for Sterling and is responsible for driving revenue growth, delivery of unrivaled client service, and ensuring Sterling's tech-enabled business services meet the evolving needs of the market.

Prior to joining Sterling, Lou held executive roles in product, operations, and general management at various companies including MTV Networks, a division of Viacom; Infogroup; Factiva, a joint venture between Dow Jones and Reuters; as well as numerous early-stage companies. Lou received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
