Theresa Strong

Theresa Strong, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Global Controller at Sterling since July 2016. Strong progressed to Controller at TalentWise shortly after joining in August 2012, where responsibilities included building a new accounting department for the company’s spin-off. Previous roles include Director of Financial Accounting at Intelius, overseeing various financial functions, and positions at Amazon.com and DocuSign, Inc., as well as serving as a Senior Financial Auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Strong holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Seattle University.
