Patrick Gonzalez

Patrick Gonzalez is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in embedded systems and firmware development. Currently serving as a Software Engineer IV at Sterling Medical Devices since July 2015, Patrick previously held the position of Staff Embedded Controls Software/Firmware Engineer at IBM Corp Inc. from May 2002 to March 2014. Proficient in high power control firmware, error detection, and fault isolation, Patrick has worked with various communication protocols including SPI, RS422/485, and I2C, along with networking firmware. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from SUNY New Paltz and an Associate of Science in Engineering Physics from SUNY Orange County Community College.
