Daniel Defazio

Daniel DeFazio has held various high-level positions in finance and compliance throughout their career. Daniel currently serves as the Chief Accounting and Compliance Officer at Sterling Organization. Prior to their current role, Daniel was the Managing Director and Compliance Consultant at Richards Capital & Associates LLC. With a background in accounting and economics from Ithaca College, Daniel has gained extensive experience in financial leadership roles at companies such as H.I.G. Capital, Acclaro, and Xerox.
