Investment and Leasing Team

The Investment and Leasing Team at Sterling Organization is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring retail and consumer fulfillment and distribution real estate assets. They work closely with institutional investors to ensure optimal investment performance and manage leasing activities, including tenant negotiations and lease management, across major U.S. markets.
