Judy Searcy-Boan

Judy Searcy-Boan has a diverse work experience. Judy is currently (since June 2023) working as the Director of Business Development at Sterling Pharma Solutions. Previously, they held the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd. from October 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Cambrex from July 2020 to September 2022. Prior to Cambrex, Judy worked at Alcami Corporation as the Sales & Business Development Manager for the Southeast region from December 2019 to July 2020. Judy also held the position of Senior Inside Sales & Business Development Manager at Alcami Corporation from August 2017 to December 2019. Their earlier experiences include working as a Business Development Manager at Evans Analytical Group from April 2015 to July 2017, and various roles at ABC Laboratories from 2008 to 2015, ranging from Assistant Scientist to Contracts Coordinator.

Judy Searcy-Boan earned an Associate of Arts degree in Biological Science from Moberly Area Community College from 2001 to 2003. Judy then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Judy Searcy-Boan has obtained various certifications. Judy completed the EAG Laboratories Sales Process Workshop at Flannery Sales Systems in July 2016. In September 2015, they received certification in CustomerCentric Selling from CustomerCentric Selling. Judy also acquired a Six Sigma certification from the Missouri Training Institute in March 2013. Furthermore, they completed certifications in Performance Management, Project Management, and Assertiveness with Style from the Missouri Training Institute in January 2013.
