Mathew Minardi

Mathew Minardi is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Global Project Management and Executive Vice President and Site Leader at Sterling Pharma Solutions since April 2019. With a longstanding tenure at Noramco, Inc. since August 2006, Mathew has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales, Site General Manager, and Vice President of R&D, where significant achievements include redeveloping the company's flagship product, reengineering product launches, and overseeing comprehensive operational and financial processes. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Technical Services at Accord Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed alliance management, technical transfers, and supplier relationship management, as well as serving as Lead Chemistry Specialist at AMPAC Fine Chemicals, where Mathew led chemist teams and directed operations that resulted in substantial cost savings. Mathew holds a PhD in Synthetic Chemistry from Arizona State University and a BS in Chemistry from Clemson University.
