Sarah Downing

Sarah Downing is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a QA Systems and Compliance Facilitator at Sterling Pharma Solutions since May 2023, Sarah previously held multiple roles at Hovione from April 2009 to May 2023, including Senior Production Manager, Interim QA Director, QA Manager, Quality Systems Lead, QA Specialist, and QC Analyst. Prior experience includes a QC Analyst position at Pfizer from April 2008 to April 2009 and a QC Analyst role at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson from January 2006 to January 2008. Sarah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Biopharmaceuticals from the Institute of Technology, Sligo (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from University College Cork (2001-2005).
