In 2015, they assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer & Founder of White Orchid Hospice, LLC, where they provide executive leadership and assumes responsibility and accountability for the overall management, performance, and operational planning of the company.

Stephen Levi Carter has obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston - Clear Lake in 2002, a BBA in Accounting from Langston University in 1993, and a HS Diploma from Willowridge High School in 1988. Additionally, Carter obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2014.
