Kapil Bansal

Kapil Bansal has extensive experience in the legal field, starting as an intern at K. S. & Associates from June 2010 to August 2011. KAPIL then worked as a company secretary at SHAKTI COMMODITIES PRIVATE LIMITED from February 2013 to May 2015. Following that, they served as a Legal & CS at Sunworld Developers Pvt Ltd from May 2015 to January 2019. From January 2019 to July 2020, Kapil worked as a Legal Manager at Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure Limited. KAPIL then moved on to work as an Advocate at Karkardooma Court from August 2021 to March 2022. Most recently, they have held Legal Manager positions at Delhi International Airport Ltd from April 2022 to October 2022, and currently at Sterlite Power starting in October 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Law (Business Law) at the National Law School of India University. KAPIL'sfield of study included Contract, Corporate, Environmental, Investment, Insurance, Intellectual Property & Taxation Laws.

Starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2023, they are currently studying for a Diploma of Education at the National Law School of India University, focusing on Environmental Laws.

Between 2006 and 2012, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, where they obtained a Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) degree. KAPIL'sstudies encompassed Corporate, Drafting, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, Securities, Risk Management & Compliance.

From 2013 to 2016, they studied at an institution called "Legal" and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. KAPIL'scoursework covered various areas such as Criminal, Civil, IPC, Evidence, Corporate, Arbitration, Limitation, Contract & Business Laws.

In 2006, they completed a B.com (Regular) degree at Delhi University, specializing in Business Laws, Accounting, Company Law, Taxation, Financial Management, and Business Communication.

Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, they pursued an M.com degree at Indira Gandhi National Open University, with a focus on Business Laws, Legal Environment, Foreign Trade, International Marketing, and Foreign Exchange.

Kapil Bansal also holds certifications as an Advocate from Karkardooma Court Delhi and the Bar Council of Delhi - India. KAPIL is also a registered member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, obtaining the FCS certification.
