Manisha Karn

Manisha Karn has significant experience in procurement and supply chain management. Manisha is currently working as a Sourcing Manager at Sterlite Power since February 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Maruti Suzuki India Limited from September 2018 to February 2021, including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in Procurement & Supply Chain. Manisha'sresponsibilities included cost reductions, vendor developments, new part developments, commodity forecasting, and material planning. Before joining Maruti Suzuki, Manisha worked at Whirlpool of India Ltd from July 2015 to August 2018. Manisha started as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and worked their way up to become a Senior Executive and Deputy Manager in Global Strategic Sourcing. During their time at Whirlpool, they achieved notable results in factory procurement, product leadership, quality improvement, and cost negotiations.

Manisha Karn completed a Business Chinese Language Course at Yeh China in 2017, where they focused on Mandarin Level 2. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015.
