Ruhie Pande

Ruhie Pande currently serves as the Chairperson of the HRM Committee at the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry and holds the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Marketing and Communications at Sterlite Power. Previously, Ruhie was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Capital and played a pivotal role as a founder team member and CHRO for Godrej Housing Finance within the Godrej Group. Other notable roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Properties Limited, Vice President and Head of HR & Training at Kaya Limited, and Group HR Head for Marico Kaya Ltd. Ruhie's extensive experience includes leadership positions in HR at Reliance Brands Limited, NIIT, ITC Limited, and Mahindra & Mahindra. Ruhie holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, as well as coaching and HR qualifications from the International Coaching Federation and Symbiosis Centre for Learning & Development, respectively.
