Sandeep has work experience in multiple companies. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an Account Officer at Larsen & Toubro. In 2017, they joined Essel Infraprojects Ltd. as a Senior Account Executive. In 2018, Sandeep started working at Sterlite Power, first as an Associate Manager and then as a Manager - Finance.

Sandeep's education history begins with their completion of a Master of Commerce degree at Arunachal University of Study from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (Autonomous) from 2010 to 2013. Before attending college, Sandeep completed their 12th commerce education at KV Malkapuram in 2009-2010.
