Sanjit Joshi

Sanjit Joshi has a diverse work experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Sanjit started at Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. in 2009 as an Assistant Manager, where they received appreciation for averting a potential disaster and played a crucial role in developing the Energy Management System. Sanjit also performed internal audits and contributed to the modification of HRSG units, resulting in significant energy savings.

In 2013, Joshi interned at Sterlite Technologies Ltd., where they worked on a project related to overloaded transmission lines in India. Sanjit created a database of potential overloaded lines, prepared a financial model, and presented a business solution to NLDC and Sterlite.

Since 2014, Joshi has been working at Sterlite Power, starting as an Associate Manager and progressing through various roles including Deputy Manager, Manager, Chief Manager, and Assistant Vice President. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Fundraising, M&A, and Treasury.

Sanjit Joshi completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the Great Lakes Institute of Management, where they obtained a PGPM degree in Finance & Energy. Prior to that, they studied at Nagpur University from 2005 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronics & Power.

In addition to their formal education, Sanjit Joshi has also obtained certifications in various fields. In November 2018, they completed the "Database Foundations: Core Concepts" certification from LinkedIn. Sanjit also holds certifications in "ISO 50001:2001 EnMS Implementer" from DNV Group (Det Norske Veritas) and "Six Sigma, Green Belt" from the International Academy for Certification & Training, IIT Delhi.
