Shivani Joshi

Shivani Joshi has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Shivani is currently working as the Chief Manager - HR at Sterlite Power since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager - HR at BYJU'S from February 2022 to June 2023. Shivani also worked at Genpact, where they started as an Assistant Manager - HR from April 2019 to March 2021, and then progressed to Manager - HR from April 2021 to February 2022. Before entering the HR field, Shivani worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro from July 2014 to April 2016.

Shivani Joshi completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in ECE from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology in 2014. Shivani then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in HR from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2017 and 2019.
