Sternberg Lighting
Charles Baker is a Design Engineer at Sternberg Lighting since May 2022, with previous experience as Engineer II at Aprilaire from November 2018 to April 2022, where contributions included significant cost savings projects and enhancements to customer product interactions. Baker's engineering expertise began at Aprilaire with roles including Product Engineer I and Engineering Technician, where adaptation and problem-solving in new product lines were key responsibilities. Earlier, from October 2012 to September 2014, Baker served as Lead Product Developer and CAD Drafter at Safetime LLC, focusing on market research and product development for personal safety devices, including collaboration with various professionals to create functional prototypes. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from Ohio University, enhancing the foundation for a successful engineering career.
