Heather K. Molina

Heather K. Molina is a legal professional with extensive experience in legal recruiting and career development. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Legal Recruiting at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox since February 2023, Heather previously held multiple positions at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, including Assistant Director of the Office of Career & Professional Development and Managing Attorney of the Clinical Program from April 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that, Heather worked at Neighborhood Legal Services Program for a decade, starting as a Staff Attorney before advancing to Managing Attorney, where responsibilities included policy development and supervising legal staff. Heather holds a Juris Doctor from UDC Law, a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno.
