Katrina Braden Wilkins has a diverse work experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on patent and trademark practice support. Katrina started their career at Greenblum & Bernstein, P.L.C. as a Legal Assistant from 2000 to 2003. Katrina then worked as a Foreign Filing Specialist at Dickstein Shapiro LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, where they prepared PCT, direct, and national phase applications, communicated with foreign associates and clients, and researched various country laws. In 2005, they joined Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox as a Foreign Filing Legal Assistant, where they were responsible for preparing and filing foreign applications and conducting research on rule and policy changes. Over the years, they were promoted to Senior Foreign Filing Legal Assistant, Foreign Filing Manager, and Manager of Practice Support Systems. In their most recent role, starting in January 2021, they served as the Director of Prosecution Support Services, overseeing firm-wide patent support teams and managing various legal assistants and support staff. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, maintaining process standards and achieving performance improvement.

Furthermore, they hold a Master Certified Life Coach certification from the Certified Life Coach Institute, obtained in November 2020. Finally, Katrina served as a Women in Leadership Program Advisory Council Member at The George Washington University in June 2021.
