Rina Arroyo

Rina Arroyo has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Senior Development Officer at Stetson University since June 2005. Throughout this tenure, Rina has held various prominent positions, including Assistant Vice President for Parent and Alumni Engagement, Vice President for Campus Life and Student Success, Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Students, and Director of Student Activities and Community Service. Prior to Stetson University, Rina was the Director of Student Involvement at Rollins College from June 1997 to June 2004. Rina holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communications with a Management Minor from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Western Illinois University.
